I once had a vision of the sunshine touching my skin, and landing softly on the outer layers of epidermis while kissing it with Vitamin D. It slowly seeped down into my pores, and the sunlight began breaking open beneath the surface, opening up my heart to joy, love… contentment and happiness.

I asked the Sun, “How are you doing this?”

And the Sun laughed. Or beamed.

Then replied.

“Imagine that I am sendng you little photons… little particles of perfect light sectioned into the most beautiful little bundles of perfect wavelengths.”

I nodded. And imagined those bundles.

“Now imagine that they are not simply light energy, but that this energy comes in bundled waves. And when you can imagine these perfect little packages of waves, know that each bundle comtains all the perfect wavelengths of love and joy… life and creation… the perfect blend of vitamins and source enregy to keep all the life on the earth humming and moving and growing.”

And this is when I discovered how healing the sunlight really is. How magickal… powerful and potent it can be… but only if we open up to its radiance.
