Feed the art within you.
There’s a money myth out there healers are broke-ass hippies and that creatives are starving artists.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
I know healers who laugh all the way to the beach and artists who have turned their passion for creating into a full-time enterprise.
1. Indulge your inner artist and take creative breaks.
Expression of self pushes us to really craft and hone our message. If you like taking pretty photos for instagram, then allow yourself that time each day to play. Maybe you’re art is a shot of yoga with a side of delightful conversation. That’s okay too.
You never know what serendipitous opportunities will surface when you are out in the world enjoying living.
The key is to be out in the world, and to seize opportunities to live expressively.
Not sure what step to take next?
Give yourself a moment to play. Artistic play, indulgent breaks… or even cuddles with your puppy on the couch in the middle of a task make us more creative and open our minds to new possibilities.
Yep. The science is with me on this one. Enjoying life more just makes you better at what you do.
